Cancellation Policy

Participation at Own Risk: All participants engage in netball coaching sessions at their own risk. The organisers, coaches, and any associated personnel will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or as a result of the coaching sessions. Medical Clearance: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and have obtained appropriate medical clearance to participate in physical activities. It is the participant's responsibility to inform the coaching staff of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or other relevant health information. Non-Refundable Fee: The coaching sessions are non-refundable except in the following circumstances: A participant sustains an injury that prevents them from continuing. A participant is unable to participate due to a documented illness. Injury Reporting: In the event of an injury that occurs during a coaching session, participants must report it to the coaching staff immediately. Proper documentation and details of the injury, including its cause, will be required for consideration of a refund. Illness Reporting: Participants who are unable to attend due to illness must notify the coaching staff as soon as possible, providing appropriate medical documentation. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to a high standard of conduct during the coaching sessions. Any disruptive or disrespectful behaviour towards coaches, fellow participants, or staff may result in immediate dismissal from the sessions without a refund. Cancellation Policy: The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule coaching sessions due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, facility issues, or other unavoidable situations. In such cases, efforts will be made to reschedule sessions, and no refunds will be provided. Photography and Media: Participants consent to the use of photographs, videos, or other media recordings taken during coaching sessions for promotional and educational purposes unless explicit written notice of refusal is provided. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The organisers reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of the revised terms. By registering and participating in our Netball Coaching Sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree.
